Bluetooth Blackberry pairing n send data

i don't find any information about bluetooth blackberry (searching device (already at http://devblog.blackberry.com/2014/02/diary-of-a-unity-3d-newbie-bluetooth-low-energy-plugins/)
, but pairing , n sending data ==> still have no idea)...

any idea about pairing n sending data to other device?
