Blue screen in Samsung devices

    Hello, I have a question about a client, in a review she tells me that her Android app only shows a blue screen with sound. It seems that it could be for the camera but it is not like that since no other client (not me with tests) has reported this error. I have read that some Samsung devices cause this error, my client owns a Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016). Any tips or ideas to solve this problem? Regards, and thank you very much

    If you can access the physical device, then use adb logcat and see if there are any issues

    Thanks for your reply. I don't know what adb logcat is, I'm starting to develop games and I'm not familiar with all aspects of it. Besides that I can't access his physical device, he comes up with some other solution.
