Bug Bloom effect borders artifact on mobile vulkan

    I am trying to make a little 60th VR birthday experience (3D video birthday message) for my mom and I am trying to work with VFX graph(hence needing Vulkan) and Bloom effect (from post processing)
    Performance is acceptable however I have these weird problems/artifacting around the bloom effect.
    Any idea what could cause this/How to fix it?
    Thanks guys!

    PS: these do not show up in OpenGL ES 3.0 Bloom works normally but anything VFX graph is vertical lines.
    It is an Oculus Quest.
