Question Blocked Organization Appeal Not Responded for a Month - Need Assistance

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out here as I am facing a critical issue with my Unity organization, and despite multiple appeal attempts to resolve it, I have not received any response from the Unity team.

The Issue:
My organization has been locked due to a violation of the Unity Gaming Services Terms of Service. However, after a thorough review of the policies, I strongly believe that my app, a VPN app monetized with Unity ads, does not violate any of Unity's terms.

Relevant Policy Points:
After carefully reviewing the "Invalid Activity Policy," I now have a clearer understanding of the specific activities that can be considered as generating invalid traffic. I acknowledge the following points from the policy that I believe are relevant to my app:

Generating Traffic from Recognized Proxy IPs: I want to clarify that my VPN app does utilize proxy IPs, as is common for VPN services. However, the primary purpose of my VPN app is to provide users with secure and private internet access, not to generate artificial traffic or engage in any malicious activities.

Generating Traffic from Unapproved VPN Applications: While my app does fall into the VPN category, it is not designed to generate traffic from unapproved or malicious VPN applications. The core functionality of my app is to offer legitimate VPN services that enhance user privacy and security.

I would like to provide some additional information to support my appeal:

Intent and Purpose: The main intent behind my VPN app is to provide users with a reliable and secure means to access the internet while safeguarding their data and privacy. I have no intention of engaging in any activity that violates Unity's policies or compromises the integrity of the gaming ecosystem.

User Base: My app has garnered a user base that appreciates the value it brings in terms of security and anonymity. I have actively promoted responsible use of my app and have taken measures to prevent any misuse by users.

Transparency: I am more than willing to provide any necessary documentation or evidence to demonstrate the legitimacy of my app's operations. I understand the importance of maintaining a transparent relationship with Unity and its user community.

Request for Assistance:
I kindly request assistance from the Unity team in reviewing my case and providing a resolution. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I genuinely believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding my app's compliance with Unity's policies.

Ticket Numbers:
To provide some context, I have submitted appeals with ticket numbers #1624989, #1626547, #1628457 and #1646581, but I have not received any response for a month, which has left me in a difficult situation.
