Blender-> Unity Textures go weird

    Hi,
    I have been trying to convert an MMD model into a VRChat avatar.
    I have setup the model for import into unity with blender, however upon exporting an an fbx and importing the model into unity, the textures have broken on the face of the character.
    Using windows 3d viewer to open the file gives the same view as in blender, which leads me to believe there is some setting in unity that I need to change. I played around with the material settings, yet couldn't find anything that fixes my problem.
    Attached are the views of the face from blender, unity and the 3d viewer.

    What happens if you change the Filter Mode options in the Texture import settings? Does it solve the problem?
