It is an animation and an action in Blender.
The Tpose is the default pose, so none of the bones have any additional rotation on them, however, I have made it an animation of 24 seconds.

All other animations are imported. Why is it not importing the TPose? I have another "animation" called statue, that has no changes over time, but that one is imported. I tried renaming the animation to "T", thinking maybe "TPose" was reserved (although it has imported in the past) but that did not work either.

Edit: so I set the Rig to be in the TPose animation when I exported, and now Unity imports it and all the other animations, but only if it is the animation the rig is in when exported. Weird.
