I have a frustrating issue with Blender to Unity FBX exporting. My character needs to use Generic animation and I've created an avatar with it in Unity. It needs an avatar or the animations won't play.

    A. I know that I can fix the scale 100 issue with "FBX Units Scale" option in Blender, but when I use this option, at runtime the character is huge and deformed.

    B. If I chose "All Local" in Blender, the scale goes back to 100 in Unity and looks fine and isn't deformed.

I've also played with all the Blender FBX export settings including Apply Transform.

I'm trying to use FBX Units Scale but not have a huge, deformed character at runtime.

I know it's something with the avatar that is created in Unity because when I say "none" or disable the animator, it's not huge or deformed when I use FBX Units Scale.

In Blender I've also "Applied Transforms" and it's set to 1 in its scale.

Anyone have any ideas on this one? It would be much appreciated.

I'm running the latest version of blender and unity 2021.

    Thank you so much.
