So, this is a really newbie question, I'm sure, but I'm totally stuck on the attached UV map.

What I'm trying to do is create a simple 3D tile of my own. The top face is supposed to host the 'T' face, the bottom face, the 'B' face, and the sides of the cube are supposed to host the up arrow in the map. However, only the top face and one of the sides are working correctly; everything else is showing a black polygon. What do I do to get the other faces to use their correct UV coordinates?

(P.S.: I can't attach my Blender file because the forums do not allow the .blend extension.)
