Blender Changing FBX Bone Transforms

    Is there any way to edit an FBX in blender without messing up the rig?


    The hand on the left is the FBX I'm trying to edit. The hand on the right is the hand imported into blender without any edits. The FBX going from Unity>Blender>Unity seems to be completely changing the transforms in rig. I need to be able to edit the mesh while preserving the bone structure and I'm completely out of ideas.

    Does anyone know what could be going wrong?
