AssetGen is a tool that will convert your high poly into a game asset by reducing the polycount, it does the UV Mapping, bakes your textures, creates your PBR shader and sends the result to the game engine in a single click. It works very well on stylized static meshes.
The tool comes with tools to help you create your texture Diffuse or Base Color (albedo) directly on your high poly, you don't need to compose the images. It includes tools to help you create your high poly, to automatically add edge wears, make a mesh look stylized (smooth edges and taper effect), bases meshes and quick operations.

Here is a demonstration of the tool between Blender 2.8 and Godot 3.1 using the new glTF 2.0 file format. In Blender I edit the high poly, I change the parameters of the textures, then I can almost instantly see the result inside the viewport of Godot ready to use:

For Unity, use the OBJ or FBX file format (the addon will soon export your textures too), then drag your model into the Unity scene and apply the textures. You will then be able to instantly update your model and textures each time you will press on "Generate Asset".

Here is how to setup your material, LODs and add collisions, this is a previous version of the addon but the part in Unity stays the same:

It doesn't have one. This is the same person who started the gltf thread on the front page of the forums who keeps acting like it's the format of the future or something.
