Blank Screen on Nvidia GTX 980M - After Windows 10 update v.1803

I've got installed all required drivers, I'm running on Predator G9 - 17 Laptop, never had issues with unity, before update i had issues with black screens on app like discord or slack, but never with unity.

Now iI can open unity only on my hardware graphic card from Intel then i actually see Unity Windows. Running on Nvidia with driver version 397.93 turns into blank white screens, i see only menu.

What can i do about it?

Guys.. i have same problem. Cities Skylines and Airport CEO not working anymore on my laptop. Please give me advice.

 

The first thing I'd check is the editor log after you encounter this issue. Additionally you can try updating the drivers (latest for your 980M is 398.11, but its only a couple weeks newer than the driver you're currently running).

This isn't a player support forum for published games, nor is it the same problem as this thread regarding issues running the Unity Editor.

 

did u got it working? i have the same laptop and since the last windows Update also the same problem :/

Update: Fixed it. i updated the Intel Graphics Drivers (530) my old version got en Memory Access problem in combination with the 980m Geforce with the latest Windows Update. the Update fixed this and now i can use the External GPU (980m) in Unity
