Blank Error message and scene mess up

Hi guys,
i was coding on version 2019.1.4f when something broken in my unity. When i commented a line (not an important one) all the scene disappear and also many materials disappear (not from the assets, but in the scene). Also in the console appear several black errors and i no longer be able to run any scene. I tried with other projects (of the same version and previous), installing a new version of unity and start a new project, also pulling old version of the project from my git but nothing changed. I always have the same blank errors.
I read some solution of old versions but they don't work for me.
My project is with HDRP.
Someone can help me?

If i create a project with 2018 version the problem no longer appears, is it related to the new redner pipeline maybe?

edit 2: if i try to create a new shader i cannot find the shader graph (but it is installed)
