BlackBerry Passport Crash (works on all other BB10 Devices)

    My daily driver is a BlackBerry passport. I've built a wack of games for it without issue. One thing to note is the OpenGL2/3 auto causes all kinds of headaches. 3 or auto will crash some Z10 models. 2 kills all pro camera features. And keep in mind different CPU's on BlackBerry require different texture compressions.

    If you want me to look at a sample project and see if I can find a work around just let me know :)

    Did you managed to do this?
    A fix before BB 5.2 Support Ends :)

    I've tried his work-around. Still crashed on the phone. Either way it wasn't viable because the repro is just running the app twice on the phone, not deploying twice to the phone (though it'll crash then too).

    I haven't had any reports of this issue with the Unity 5.1.2.p3 release.

    Alex can you confirm if this fix was back ported to Unity 4.6?

    It was not back ported. If there are any more 4.6 patches being made i'll look into doing that.

    Thank you my project doesn't run in 5 due to the lightmap bleed issue, so it would be great if you could!

    I have gotten the fix for the passport crash issue into an upcoming patch for 4.6. Keep your eyes peeled on the release notes.

    Excellent news, can you ask someone when the next patch release is?
    Confused as the patches are out of sync now in terms of dates
