Black screen when built

I made a app with vuforia.It runs normal in Unity Editor but when I built and run it shows a black screen and do not open camera.I did everything step by step but it did not work.Is there anybody know how to fix it.

 

Try opening example projects and see if those works, then change images or go step by step and see what your problem might be. Also you can use a webcam with unity editor
