Question Black screen in Hololens emulator

    Hi,

    i try to create my first Hololens Application.
    I have followed this tutorial:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/fr-fr/learn/modules/learn-mrtk-tutorials/1-1-introduction

    When i click play in the editor, the cube is displayed and i can move it.
    But when i try to launch the application from Visual C++ 2019 in the Emulator (Hololens 1 ou 2, installed from the Hololens 2 emulator install), the application is displayed as a windows in the emulator, but the cube is not visible (black screen).



    I have tried to move the camera using "W" and "S" but it's only move my camera from the window of my application (not inside the application).
    I have tried to add other cubes with different size and position to the scene and they are not displayed.
    I use Release x86 and i do not have error or warning messages.

    i use:
    Unity 2020.3.22f1
    MixedRealityFeatureTool-1.0.2111.0-Preview

    Why ?

    Are there any error logs/messages in the output in VS when you run the application?

    Are you using the new OpenXR or older WMR XR SDK Plug-in?

    I use OpenXR. I have followed this tutorial:

    i have tried the same thing on another PC. I have the same black screen with no error:

    Mise à jour de la disposition...
    Copie des fichiers : total <1 Mo sur la disposition...
    Vérification de l'installation des frameworks requis...
    Inscription de l'application à exécuter à partir de la disposition...
    Fin du déploiement (0:00:26,178). Nom complet du package : "Holo2Package_1.0.0.0_x86__pzq3xp76mxafg"
    ========== Génération : 1 a réussi, 0 a échoué, 1 à jour, 0 a été ignoré ==========

    Maybe i have forgotten something in Unity or maybe there is something to do inside the hololens emulator ?
    I use Hololens 2 Emulator 10.0.20348.1438
    MixedRealityFeatureTool-1.0.2111.0-Preview

    My app is windowed in the Hololens. Is it normal ? if i try to move the camera,it move the camera ouside the app window, not inside the 3D scene.

    I do not have the "Made by Unity" logo when the window of my app is displayed.

    If it's windows, then XR isn't running. Looking at your log, I see no XR logging at all, which implies you don't have XR enabled. Have you correctly setup XR in `XR Plug-in Management` for Windows Store Apps?

    In order to start from a sample which should work i have downloaded a sample from here:

    Hi,

    is my configuration wrong ? where do i have to enable OpenXR ?
    One of my friend try the same tutorial and he has the same result.

    Tricky. I got the same results with MRTK example: black window no scene objects. However the AZure Remote Rendering sample will work. Copy the scene files into ARR project (something like QuickStart) and start it. There must been some configuration problems and I am trying to find it.
