Black Screen after video [Android]

Hello, there is a very big problem with advertising on android. After video advertising appears a black screen and nothing else. The screen does not respond, is only the back button on the device itself - it removes the advertising and returns to the game. Tested on different devices, all the same. In the build for ios under the same code works fine, tell me, what could be wrong?

 

I have the same problem. Everything started when I moved to Unity 5.
When video is finished (no matter if I press skip button or not) black screen appears (with visible android status bar). I thought my game was not responding, but after pressing back button that black screen disappeared and my game was focused (and working) again. Then I realized, that after video should be second part of advertisement - screen with some art, button to Google Play, etc - and this is that black screen. So there is not a problem with not coming back to game, there is problem with correct rendering of second part of ads (for example no 'close button'). Any ideas what is wrong? Why ads screen doesn't show second part of ads?

Windows 7 64-bit, Unity 5.0.1f1 (free), Unity Ads 1.1.3, Nexus 5, Android 5.1,
minimum API lvl: 16
installed SDK: 21 and 22
