Black Screen after load the scene

Hi

I started with Unity few days ago, I created a 2 Scenes - 1 its main menu and 2nd is a game.
When I try start my game on unity starting from 1st scene and going to 2nd one - the 2nd scene is black - I think the models 3d are not loading. When I start my 2nd scene without the 1st - the models are on the position.

What can be the problem with this?
Anyone can give me an idea what I should to do and where?

I changed background color to skybox for a minut

3d model has black texture so I know a bit more where is problem but still dont know how to fix it

To fix it, go to Window -> Lighting -> Lightmap Tab -> Disable Continuous Baking -> Press Build to bake the lighting.
