Black screen after closing video.

Some users of my game are telling me that the game will not launch on their device. After investigating and trying on several phones I found that it crashes on the Samsung Galaxy A5 for example. The video loads correctly, it is well displayed, but when you touch the cross to close the ad, you see a black screen.
I put some logs and the rest of the game seems to load but the screen remains black.
Users give bad ratings because of this thinking that the game is just bad.
I can't find an error message in the logs, is there a way to find out which phone is crashing so it doesn't display the ad?

I am using Unity 2019.4.18f1. The version of "Advertisement" is 3.5.2.
