Haven't been around much--priorites come and go--but I'm still alive and (hopefully) doing enough Unity work to not forget what I know! I'll be back into Unity heavily soon. Meanwhile, some signs of life: http://adamsi.com/view/bingo (Don't laugh. And DO bet on B2!) http://adamsi.com/rollplay That's the local contest-winning game I posted earlier, but enhanced a bit with things like working flippers (still need more kick) and one new level. This is a collaboration by 5 people (see the About link)--which explains the level variety--and we now call ourselves Mentat Entertainment. Still a work in progress, with some glitches to clean up and more levels needed. (And my own level--the futuristic city--STILL needs a major revamp, I know. It fails the "fun" test.) My bigger game project is progressing too--but it's not up for public viewing right now.
Both are very cool. I did have a problem with the "rollplay" game: I clicked my mouse to capture the mouse, but then couldn't -release- it. I'm assuming you click again to release, right? The bingo balls demo reminded me of a real-time fluids demo I saw recently. I don't have the link anymore, but he used several thousand ball "particles" and the result was pretty impressive. BTW, I just assumed your absence was due to all that snow you folks got! Welcome back!
