Maybe something like this, so users don't have to go through 4 clicks and a web search to check new versions and what they may bring ?

(I know critical update are not a thing atm, but I wish Unity had this distinction, so it'd be easier to stop whensecurity issues or non edge-case crash to core components are fixed)

Also, changing the layout of the releases notes webpage so that.
    1. The Additional downloads section appears at the bottom, and its subsection are collapsed by default.
    2. The Known Issue section appears after the fixes/new features.

In the optimal case, I feel
    1. users should be able to have compounded release notes that shows all the changes between their local version and the most recent one on that LTS.
    2. Release notes should be organized in tabs corresponding to system/packages, so as to be more easily parsable. Known issues should be in there, as well as in their own tab.

I've already given this feedback via the Unity hub roadmap page but it's been a while, and that system doesn't allow to join images.
