Hi, I'm trying to create a huge racing track in unity , the problem im facing is that if i apply a 2k texture on it, it will be very low quality from close distance , what is the best way to texture a huge track so texture details would be in high quality even if the camera is so close to object?
    - split the track mesh to pieces and apply different textures?
    - or can I split the uv map of my racing track and lay them in multiple uv sets and then apply multiple texture to each uv set ?
    - any suggestion ?
    please help
    Thank you

I would uv tile a texture of a peice of track. maybe also write a shader that utilizes both uv sets and have a texture that is for uv channel2 that multiplies over the track texture to break up the repetitiveness.
