Best way to change Quality settings in game?

    Hey I'm currently working on changing quality settings in game

    Would the best way of approaching this be by doing

    Code (CSharp):
    1. QualitySettings.SetQualityLevel(1,true) // low
    or

    Code (CSharp):
    1. QualitySettings.IncreaseLevel(True) // next setting
    This is by using the unity built in quality settings.

    any help please?

    They do the same thing, its just a matter of whether you want to go up one level or set it to a specific level.

    Im trying to set a specific level Via a Dropdown and this happens
