Best Video Card specs for Render to Texture

    Anyone know the video card specs that matter most for doing render to texture? Does fill rate matter? Anyone know if nVidia or Radeon are better or worse for Unity? Radeons appear to have better fill rate specs but most people say nVidia drivers are better..
