Video Best screen ratio for phone on nowadays

Hi all, i'm little confused abou the best way to manage the phone's screens.
Usually, i've read that 9:16 / 16:9 was the best way to go, but since 2017 or so... almost all screens are 9:19.5, 9:20, etc...
So.. new phone games should go with 9:20? Is there any restrictions on Google Play with this?
The idea is reach all possible devices.
