Hey All! So I am creating environments that have 2 blended materials using vert painting (alpha is top layer and non alpha is bottom). I can see what I am painting in Maya and I can export that FBX to Unity and I see the vert painting show up just fine. Now, lets say I want to adjust that FBX and I export it FROM Unity back into Maya. Well now all my vert painting is stored in the mesh but Maya is not displaying the materials correctly. I have to now, reset-up and relink all my textures and mayas global textures to see my work. Does anyone have a better suggestion on how to deal w/ an iterative workflow between Maya and Unity?
