    Hi Everyone,

I am considering learning Blender so I can make my own objects to use with Unity.
Can anyone recommend any good books/websites or any other recommendation to get started?

    Thanks!

What I did was watch a bunch of youtube videos and just play with it. It's pretty easy to learn. It's the techniques people use that takes a little learning. But I'm sure you can find some easy crash courses on youtube

I personally like this one, as it has a completely different approach. It was one of my first forays into Blender, and it made me realize how powerful blender could be and how many different way one can approach a problem:

I highly recommend the following https://www.onlinebooksreview.com/articles/best-blender-3d-books#0134663462 book. This book provides you an easy to follow step-by-step approach for modeling characters with blender functionality and also provides information from basic to advanced level. This is a very good reference book from which you will learn Blender’s updated user interface, navigation, and selection techniques, how to organize an efficient, step-by-step pipeline to streamline workflow in any project, use camera tracking to mix 3D objects into a real-world video and much more.
