    Hi,
Looking for a tool for automated testing for a running game - on web/android/ios:

    - GUI or script based
    - play-and-record option is an advantage
    - something that you actually use

    Any recommendations?
    Thanks

    You question is too generic.
AI Neural Network. You can teach it whatever game is.

My question is generic since I want to know what tools are being used by this community - and check it myself.

Looking for tools on the web, I can find 1000 companies, each one promising me that their tool is the best on the market.

How about human testers? Are you comfortable that you've tested enough with players? I'm only at the alpha testing stage for my first game now so I did a search for 'testing' and found your post a few minutes ago. I'm looking for testers myself and hoping to build a little testing community of new developers, helping each other out with alpha/beta testing... interested?

I don't think that is what he meant... more like an exchange.

I cannot do it since I am working for a company, but it is a great idea!

No pay. As I said, "new developers, helping each other out..." We're supposed to be a community, right?

Then simply don't have to participate. There a people who are happy to test things. Specially if they just do as part of a hobby, or for curiosity.

But depends what kind of test are. If they are potentially interested, and "sold" well, then you should have no problem to find testers, just to give a try.
