Beginner Help

I've started to learn unity. But the Programm is not working like in the video. Do I make something wrong?

1. when you make a terrain in the video there are 7 button on the terrain window( I only have 4) there first 3 are missing. Is the interface changed in unity 2018.30f2 personal?

2. when I try to drag the texture on the Cube I can't do it so, because the programm not allowed it on this way.indicated by a sign. How to get the texture on it?

The screenshots in this blog-post, where they explain the terrain changes in 2018.3, also show four buttons.

 

Yeah, if you're a beginner, it's a bad idea to use different version of the software used for the tutorial. Download the same version and follow the tutorial. You will have ample time after that to learn the difference, the new things in the new versions.
