It is was brought to my attention recently that a developer has used my asset Bawl Physics in a few games that were released on Steam. Bawl Physics is an asset that has a bunch of pre-made abilities like rolling, jumping and grappling which you can use to make a game with. It also comes with a large map to test them all out on. His use of the asset might be a little questionable. He hasn't just made a standalone build of the project without modifying it. There have been quite of bit of modifications but it doesn't look like there are any assets used outside of the ones that come with Bawl Physics.

Personally, I'm fine with these games and don't consider them to be an asset flip but friends of mine do. And according to google, the definition of an asset flip is...

What is your opinion and should I do anything about this?

My opinion is that they paid you for the asset and you granted them the right to use it for this very purpose.

Please read the Asset Store EULA.

As others have said, they bought and used the asset as intended. No problem here. Going to close this, as there are/have been multiple threads on "asset flipping" A new thread every time it happened would fill the forum.
