Banner ads ready, but still not showing in production

    Hi,

    I'm have trouble getting banner ads to show on IOS and android using version 3.7.3 of the ads package and unity 2019.4.21 lts.

    It works while running in the editor, but does not appear on phone even though it apparently passes the Advertisement.IsReady(placementId) "check" and runs the line
    Advertisement.Banner.Show (placementId);

    I've verified this by attaching the debugger while running on my android phone.

    I believe it used to work using the 3.6 version of the ads package, but stopped working after upgrading to 3.7.3, and reverting to 3.6.x doesn't seem to help.

    Is there anyone who has experienced something similar, and has any tips on how to fix it?

    I don't have a solution, but I am having the exact same problem as you.

    I was using version 3.5 but I've upgraded to the latest version (3.7) so we'll see if I have any luck.

    Hi,

    Do you meet this each time when you test? Banner ads usually have a low fill rate, and you can try to use an American VPN to test for several times. Banner ads have a higher fill rate there.

    If it is possible, may you provide us your .apk file or app store link? Then, we can test it and have a check.
