Baking lights for different objects set

    In my scene I have 2 different locations (objects&lights) exist in one place. During gameplay I activate the one I need right now and deactivate the other one. How can I bake lighting for both of them?
    I baked lighting for first location, then turned it off. Set another location active and tried to bake it, but pressing "generate lighting" button immediately erase previously baked data for the first one :(
