Baking lighting in Unity using emissive objects

    I am trying to create an indoor setting and using material emission attached to an object and light up the 'room'. but when I bake the maps with the settings in the screenshots I've attached, I always get an overexposed light makes the scene completely white. but when i check the lightmaps i backed they look very natural and nothing like in the scene viewport. the game viewport looks the same as the scene viewport.

    anything im doing wrong?
