    Hi,

I'm new to lighting and have got so far but need alittle advice please.

I got a scene where I have alot of baked lights but I had an out of memory error when trying to bake the whole scene so I thought Id split it up into 2. I baked the first half and renamed the lightmap snapshot and then baked the 2nd half of the map. So now I have 2 snapshots (files) containing all the baked data for the scene. At the moment I can either select one lightmap snapshot or the other so cant see the whole scene baked, only 1 half of the map or the other. My question is, how do i combine both lightmaps? I'm new at this but cannot see a solution.

    Thanks
    Dave

i'm really confused to how this works, I had the 1st half of the scene baked, i clicked on continuous baking as that wasnt ticked and it took a while but all the scene is baked without a crash?
