    Hey All

I am having trouble baking a scene after switching to LWRP. Everything i do, setting the directional light to baked, baking the scene and making all buildings static are resulting an awful outcome with a very dark scene plus the game lag really badly on mobile devices.

Here is how the scene looks:

My lighting settings are as follow (I set up the directional light as realtime after the bake not before):

Screen Shot 2019-12-17 at 22.24.40.png Screen Shot 2019-12-17 at 22.24.11.png Screen Shot 2019-12-17 at 22.24.54.png

Maybe one of the settings above causing this?
Any help would be really appreciated!

LWRP in your version doesn't support baking shadowmasks, yet. You'll have to select subtractive mode in the lighting settings instead. Shadowmask support is in the process of being added to URP formerly known as LWRP.
