Bake scene generate sheet

Hello!
I use manual and tutorials and try create simple scene.

My question is – why i get so bad result:

My guess is you need to turn on "Generate Lightmap UVs" on the model. http://www.edy.es/dev/docs/unity-3d-lightmapping-reference-guide/
