I have a gun model that has 2 emissive sticks on it. How can i bake the emission from the sticks into a lightmap for the gun? The lightmap settings and stuff, there it always bakes the entire scene, but i want to bake only the 2 sticks and only onto the texture of the gun. Is this even possible?

I watched a video of something which renders and bakes individual textures for Unity recently, maybe it can do what you want:

Use Blender and bake it there.

How. If the material and emission is set in unity not in blender?

You would have to just replace them with blender materials.

Or 3D Max or Maya which has direct PBR links, sets up materials created in DCC directly in Unity. Pretty nice - when it works. :)
