    bad quality components icon and the particles is bad quality too
    removed unity and installed it again no thing changed

    What version of Unity are you using?
    Does this happen in all projects?
    Try closing unity, deleting the project Library directory and reopening Unity.

    all 5.x versions is the same
    and it happens in all the projects
