"Backwards" mouse pointer is difficult to use

    The mouse pointer (used for selections, drag&drop, etc) is backwards to common use and is very difficult to use. It seems to be quite hard to decide where the "hotspot" is, making drag&drop tenuous at best. I keep dropping things in the wrong folder just because of this. The hotspot is normally at the tip of the arrow, but with this cursor it seems to be somewhere in the middle.

    The helped :) However, on KUbuntu 14.04, I needed
    # ln -s left_ptr /usr/share/icons/oxy-white/cursors/arrow
    The hotspot still seems a bit off (drag & drop in the project view shows the wrong target area), but it's much more usable now.
