background parallax sidesrolling

There is some tutorial to make that and reuse the backgrounds for a plattformer game like oscura or similar?

Either texture uv scroll or just move quads. ThinkSquirrel has an asset for it if you need a solution without coding much, and there's a texture based multi layer one in echologin core framework which is fast.
