Hey guys, i did'nt touch Unity for over a year(I am student) and now i want to start again.
    What version do you recommend?
I used to use 3.5.1 but it was kinda buggy.
My goal now are games for Steam/Android.
What is the difference between 2019.x and 5.x?
    Thanks!

    A lot.

Generally speaking, 5.x was fairly stable, but users felt that it was less stable than the 4.x series.
2018.x+ introduces the new Data Oriented Technology Stack that you'll read about in @zombiegorilla 's links.
As a beginner, it's probably best to start from the latest stable build, as you most likely won't be building anything that will be production worthy in the first few weeks/months. DOTS may be confusing to new users, but it's probably best to go through as much learning documentation as you can to get back into it.
