Bug b16 - Point lights and other lights don't work when Render Layers are enabled in Forward or Forward+

    Point lights and other lights don't work when Render Layers are enabled in Forward or Forward+. It appears that you will get at least a main light from a directional, but no further lights of any type will affect objects.
