AWS files move to Packages?

    I added AWS DLL's to my Assets/Plugins folder. Occasionally a folder gets created in the root Packages folder. I am not sure what i am doing to trigger it and only notice it when i go to commit my changes. Anyone know what is causing this? I can delete them and the app works just fine.
