Avatar Rig configuration mis match

    Hello
    I buy download and import model RIFLE Starter MoCap Animation Pack
    and when i change animation type to Humanoid and change Avatar definition to Create from this Model
    i get this error message Avatar Rig Configuration mis match Inbetween bone rotation in configuration does not match rotation in animation file
    Neck rotation error=3 259442 deg

    Please Help
    How to solve this problem?

    Deselect or switch one of the neck bones in the rig configuration dialogue.

    I have the same issue. It's causing me a lot of grief! What exactly do you mean by "Deselect" or "switch" the neck bone?

    He means to open the configuration dialog via the button which becomes available after you attempt to apply the Humanoid setting. It is located underneath Avatar Definition: Create from this Model. You can locate the bone in question from the Rig UI and ensure the correct intended bone is applied.
