Avatar changed but not correctly?

    Hey everyone,
    I'm Knuffy, a Indie-Game-Dev with the following problem:

    I changed my avatar at the forum to the pictures you see on the left but I can't see it everywhere else.
    There's always the same standard avatar with my beginning letter.

    So, does it is normal or shouldn't it be like this?

    And is there a option to make Unity in a fullscreen mode? Thx!
