Automatically switch too MonoDevelop?

    When I double-click on a script name in the inspector, the monodevelop icon on my windows 10 taskbar begins blinking, but no switch is performed. I need to click that icon or alt+tab to MonoDevelop, and then my script is already opened there. Is it possible to automate this, because to be honest it annoys me every single time.. :p

    Am I the only one experiencing this, or is this the standard behavior?

    We also experienced this at some point. However, Visual Studio community does not and switches for us.
