Hi. Wanted to ask knowledgeable people, does "Sign in with Google" button in application automagically represent user agreeing to my T&C?
I have two ways to register in my game:
    - Login and Pass
    - By pressing on "Sign in with Google" button

It does not. It is third party and is irrelevant in this case. You take responsibility for your app and its T&C that user can accept or not. That should be even before seeing / connecting with any third party services.

One more question, how do you think, is this approach possible?

Because is simply misleading and incorrect.

If you read it again, it seems like sentence is applying to Google terms and conditions.

Wording does not reffering to app T&C. Neither there is a link, nor button to any of app T&C. See, even on the link you provided, there is a bolded text with probably link to T&C and privacy policy. So here is the major difference, if you ask me.

Hence, you should clarify, which agreement you are referring to.

Sorry for not clarifying, that was just example. Added color and made them clickable as hyperlink. Now login page looks like this.

Hmm, true. I shall rephrase it. Thanks

These type of questions are best verified by someone who is a lawyer or has a legal background, as anything anyone says hear no matter how credible or not, is just coming from other layman.

You shouldnt base your decision on any information you gain from the community forums here for legal issues.

The issue there isn't the colouring or presentation. It's that you're talking about "the Terms..." and it's right next to a Google logo. So it looks like you're talking about the Google terms, as opposed to your own terms.

Be more specific there. It should at least refer specifically to your game's Terms and Privacy Policy. Eg: "By signing in you agree to the Cool Game Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."

As for whether implied agreement like that is suitable... see @MadeFromPolygons' answer. :) Note that different things might be suitable in different places, so what you see in apps available in your region may not represent what is ok for stuff distributed elsewhere.

Not a lawyer, but if you look at other games with online components (and thus their own T&C), usually they pop up a screen requiring you to accept them before you log in for the first time and cache that you have agreed on the local machine so that it is no longer shown (meaning, of course, if they reinstall or install on a new machine or phone, they will have to re-agree, but it is what it is.)
