Auto Generate Lighting Crashes

    An offshoot from another thread I have but I have found regardless of Unity version if I create a brand new project and before I do anything I click on Auto Generate (Lighting Off) and in the dialog that opens I click Auto Generate...every single time Unity crashes and the resultant error popup states it cannot be fixed?
