I get many reports from people with older CPU's or Windows 7 where the game crashes instead of loads.

The issue is the "lib_burst_generated.dll " deleting that allows the game to run on those computers seemingly with no issues (besides maybe performance).

Perhaps this should be possible to be disabled so people don't have this issue? Or would that have other issues?

I'm running into this issue now. For a time, it worked well for us. Burst reverts to SSE2 instruction set if SSE4 can't be found. Lately, we're getting crashes related to this again. I'm not sure what changed.

Try the settings I've set here. See if it works on your end.
