    Hello everyone,

I get a DllNotFoundException: AudioPluginOculusSpatializer error when I press PLAY in unity.
Edit>Project Settings>Audio>Spatializer Plugin already set OculusSpatializer.
But the problem is not solved.
How can I solve this problem?

    Oculus integration : V42
    Unity : 2021.3.2f1

I've had the same problem a few times now.. And fighting it again todaywith a new project.

First time I could fix it by reinstalling oculus (don't repair) app. So that's what I'll do.
It's a unity / oculus combination error.. Probably this version only.

I created serial new project to test Oculus integration V38, V39, V40, V41, V42 one by one.
I found that this problem occurs for V39~V42.
So maybe it's the same as you said.

But, something strange happened on V38 project,
When I close project and reopen.
The same problem happened again after pressing play.

Oof, are you on win11 as well by any chance? Or use an external sound card/ audio interface? This might be related.

But regarding a fix in Unity, I think it might have something to do with project settings.
Delete your library dir and recheck all the project settings after rebuilding the library.
Or even copy the project settings over from a similar but different project.

This what fixed it for me at the time being.

    good luck!

    Yes, my OS is win11.
Windows has auto update a few days ago, I think it maybe the reason. Because I found that my old project will also have this error now.

I saw another tutorial on Audio Propagation, and I tried to add the relevant content. The test has not happened yet, so hopefully it will be solved.

OK, that didn't fix it permanently.
The only workaround that works is switching to Legacy/OVR driver in the oculus tools.
But this way you lose all openXR compatibility, so not preferred, but only working option for now.
