Audio Volume?

    Hello, I'm wondering if there's something like an audio volume in which you can fade in/out audio tracks when leaving/entering a certain area? For example if I'm in town in my game, there should be played a certain sound clip while when I leave it fades out and the sound clip for the hunting area should fade in and so on..
